The community plan developed from two workshops has now been developed. A great effort to everyone in the community who contributed through attending the workshops or emailing through their thoughts. The plan can now be accessed at this website on our Community Plan page.
Keep checking back to see progress as we now make a start on items in the plan and feel free to contact us should you wish to volunteer some time and energy to items
The second public community meeting was held on Saturday 10 March 2012. At this meeting the ideas from the first workshop were developed into an action plan and roles and responsibilities to form the basis for a Community Plan for Callala. 60 people were in attendance to contribute to this work and a new Creating Callala Committee was established from volunteers in the community across all the different areas of interest during the workshop.
